“The green titanium and light blue polka dotted keys didn’t work. They fit in the door lock but won’t turn, so I can’t open the door. I compared the keys and saw the copies missed a ridged part of the tip. I called customer service and they said right away that they will refund what I paid them. The brass copies of the keys work nicely though. I received the refunds for the two faulty keys. They didn't even ask for a picture to compare them with the original. I love a company that trusts its customers. I am now inclined to trust them a key to my home.”
