“I needed a part for my Dyson V8 floor vacuum that no one either locally in my area or even on the Internet seem to have in stock, and would not have for months because of supply chain issues. In doing a Google search I came across Brilliant Vacuum, that indicated that the part I needed appeared to be in stock. I called the owner of the shop and explained why I was calling. He said he had the part I needed in stock,, but just to be sure when into the stock room to check. He said it was in stock and that he could send it out today. I told him I would order it,, which I did. I got an email letting me know that it was shipping out the very day that I placed the order. I just received it from UPS 2 days after it shipped, and I am in Orlando Florida too. And it was exactly what I was looking for. Great shop great service and great price I paid for this part very happy and I will definitely order again.”
