“Anytime I see a "Chinese Bakery" that serves any kind of savory treats, especially dim sum, I always make the time to check it out. This nondescript bakery, in "Manor Square" a mall in San Leandro, did not really impress, but it's didn't really disappoint either. One thing I noticed is that a lot of the "dim sum" looks the same, because it has the same lightly baked golden brown bun around it. But it doesn't taste the same! I got the classic BBQ pork bun, the "Five flavor burger" and the "Chicken Bow", and for dessert the classic sweet bean ball with chewy texture. all four items cost about $3.86 While I tore off most of the bun, (too much bread for my taste) it did occur to me that for even $2 someone can go here and get enough to not go hungry that day, so for cheap eats this place is great. I am told they have more available that I did not get to try, because they were sold out. My photo is on the dash of my car, (Sorry. Bag tore and I had no plate) but you will get a basic idea of the things I got, and the buns they come in. (That really didn't sound right) P.”

“Great church service and amazing church members! After having a child and forced to make serious life decisions. I was invited by a Faith Fellowship church member to attend service. I was apprehensive, then agreed to attend service; this church also provides excellent childcare during church service hours. After years of doing personal mental health. I was focused on my relationship with God not finding friends. So, I would listen and study the Bible with this church during and after service and attend the weekly prayer groups. Staying to myself in beginning of attending church helped me figure out my purpose of attending church. Faith Fellowship church is awesome. If Anyone is interested in attending a church that's full of diversity, a mixture of age groups, and would like to learn more about building a relationship with God without force or guilt attend this church.”

“I called Quentin to help me with my two Summer college math courses (Stats and business Calculus) and with very short notice he fit me into his schedule. He was very flexible and worked around my work schedule to help me get the help I needed. Not only did he help me pass, but he helped me pass with A’s ! I have always hated math and I would even struggle with basic algebra so to pass with A’s says a lot. If I could give Quentin unlimited stars I would !!! Highly recommend!!!!”

“A mom and pop whole in the wall of a market that has good customer service. They don't have any bells or whistles but they carry what we usually need when we visit my parents in San Leandro. It is a small store that is packed with the usual stuff noodles, vermicelli, and all the Asian type snacks. All the rice sacks at the front of the store, 5-50lbs. Prices are also reasonable. Good for the neighborhood.”

“We got to know Paul Litvinchuck during an open house visit, where he stood out by clearly outlining the pro’s and con’s of a specific house (almost recommending against buying). Once we got serious to bid on a house we asked Paul to represent us. Again: he was very good in asking the right questions, and we figured the house was not right. Once we did find the right fit, he was expertly guiding us to put in a winning bid without going over market! To boot it was our very FIRST bid for a house. The whole transaction from then one was as well butter-smooth, clearly communicated and he helped navigate all the kinks. His extensive network helped as well with financing and moving to boot. Most of all, it was clear that Paul and his team members are truly about connecting with you and helping you. In short just the type of professional you want to have on your side when going through a process that could be otherwise a very stressful experience. Truly, highly recommended - especially for the East Bay (we bought in Berkeley).”

“This is a great little library. The staff is friendly and VERY helpful. If you want peace and quiet, go first thing in the morning, once the kids get out of school it becomes a free-for-all and forget about even getting onto a computer, since the kids are all there playing MineCraft or some other game. It appears that come 3pm, this becomes a day care center instead of a place to read and study. Once they can manage to wrangle in the kids, this will be a 5star place. Still a wonderful place in the community, just chose your times wisely.”
