  It's a great park to hike around and see the beauty of Sunol Valley. Plus you get to see the cows grazing and make you feel like having a steak after hiking.

  This is one of those hidden gems that are almost too good to be true. First of all, the road from the Bay Area is fantastic, twisty narrow in a canyon, it looks hundreds of miles away from that bedlam that is the Bay Area. Once you get there, some old style architecture for the visitor buildings, exhibits, samples of wildlife, and so on. They have a rich calendar of events with activities for children but interesting also for adults. Very competent personnel.
