“3rd time using them this year. 5 stars for previous visits due to: no wait, clean car and awesome customer service. Yesterday was a different experience.....the lobby floors were rather distracting (dirty), more employees than customers however only one employee was working, it made me uncomfortable when other customers weren’t greeted by the non working employees. The car was nice..But once I left the lot the alert went off that the front tires needed air, and between the car seats were filthy. I don’t know what changed in such a few short months but please tighten it up. You have such a convenient off airport location and would hate to go elsewhere.”

“This rental is inside the rental center of the Oakland airport. Even if it is listed as "in terminal" one must use a rather inconvenient shuttle bus shard by all rental agencies on a lengthy path to this location. Assume it's going to take at least 30 minutes to get here. Once arrived however it's going to be surprisingly convenient: get to the counter and after some more checks you are literally few yards from the cars. Very nice.”

“I've rented cars from many different companies over the years but for the past several years, I don't even bother looking at other companies, I simply book with Enterprise. It started with me working on booking a car online and I used a couple of the sites that check every car rental company known to man. While I was usually able to find a rental that was $15-20 cheaper, I kept coming back to Enterprise because I've always had a positive experience with Enterprise. The staff at every location is always very friendly and the Oakland location was certainly no exception. When I picked the car up, I was given a friendly greeting by every Enterprise employee I had contact with. When I dropped the car off, I was not only greeted but was thanked for my business by at least four different employees during the drop off procedure and as I walked to the airport shuttle. The process at pick up and at drop off is pretty painless and incredibly quick. I highly recommend Enterprise and the Enterprise Oakland location. They certainly seem to be doing it right by fostering a corporate culture of friendly outstanding customer service.”

“This car rental was super easy and the people were super friendly. I changed my car three times before I found the one I was satisfied with. One was a jeep with a removable top which would have been awesome if I wasn't staying at a hotel. When I returned my car the people were so nice and got me out of there quickly. One gentleman was so nice, he went to another rental car company to get a luggage cart for me to take my bags to the shuttle. I am good with Fox.”
