“I have gone to this urgent care facility a couple times and have always had very high quality care! The front desk personnel have been pleasant and helpful...getting me water when I asked if there was a water fountain in the area.. This last visit I was there because of being sick with a cold, coughing and finally after 5 days started running a fever. I have RA so my immune system can be comprised because of the medicine I am taking. The doctor, Sepideh Tafreshian, was very careful to make sure she ruled out all the possibilities which included pneumonia and the flu. They had also had an emergency in the care center while I was there but everyone was calm and professional and I was not left for any extended amount of time in examination room. I highly recommend this urgent care facility and the addition of having the Pleasanton Diagnostic Center right across the hallway makes this an excellent choice for quality care. EJS Livermore”

We took our dog to the vet and they told us to put him down because he was no longer able to use his hind legs, he was paralyzed and they told us it was arthritis, muscular pain but all they gave us was pain medication. He’s 13 years old but all his bloodwork was great, no organ failure and stilly so lovely despite not being able to use his hind legs.
