I first heard about her through some friends who have worked with her and they've all had such wonderful experiences with her. I then decided to take an Intro to Ayurveda class with her at Yoga Garden SF, and was not disappointed. “Maura is an angel. I went to Sliding Scale Acupuncture when I was going through kratom withdrawals and actually having a physical / mental breakdown. Maura made space for me to be messy emotionally, which is really hard for me in general. I was asked many guided questions about what was going on for me and why I was seeking treatment. I got a lot of unwanted energy out during the accupuncture session and finally got some relief after several days of feeling like my body was truly broken. “I had the most amazing experience at Diane's meditation retreat last weekend! I had never been to one before and didn't know what to expect but it was really chill, comfortable, and I was able to release some patterns that had been holding me back for literally decades! I was actually quite surprised that I had that much success with it. Diane is an amazing facilitator and her intuitive abilities really zero-in on your underlying reasons/issues/patterns. She has a gorgeous labyrinth that we were able to walk through while doing a silent, personal meditation and I was shocked at how powerful it was for me. I honestly did not expect that. I wish I could explain how that works, but, you just have to see for yourself! I highly recommend HBHS wellness retreats! How often do we ever focus on ourselves?! Just do it.
