The lab technician who collected the specimen was courteous and gentle. Although im not afraid of poking, she kept me talking and distracted while she collected 3 tubes of blood. Just giving one star less because of the band aid. Most of my testing is done at LabCorp and they do this nice wrap around the spot and very easy to remove as well.”
