“Dr. Conner and her staff are wonderful! They treated our bulldog with kindness and compassion (even when our puppy was being rude). It was easy to make an appointment, their app is very intuitive. Their office is clean and we were put in a treatment room quickly. “The best ever! My dog was limping, and I went to Belmont Veternian. The vet there said my dog had a should problem, and they wanted to charge me $1,200 for an x-ray. I decided to get a second opinion at Pleasanton Animal Hospital. The vet there told me my dog had a foxtail in his paw, which was the correct diagnosis. Within two days, my dog was back to normal. Love this place!”

“One week ago I called them crying at around 5am when I woke up to find my beagle not being able to move and screaming in pain after he had super strength all morning to run to my room and had a glazed look in his eyes trying to tell me something was off. I asked them if I could bring him in 10-15 minutes and they carried him in within minutes of arrival. They exhausted all of their resources to figure out what was going on with him throughout the day they had him and would constantly contact me with updates and let me know he was happily walking around on his own but internally he had numerous issues. The staff tried to keep me positive by sending him home with pain medication while we waited for more results but in my heart I knew I couldn’t let him suffer any further as every time he would breathe his lower abdomen would twist and that had never happened before. That night I had to make the difficult decision to let him go and From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank the entire team at Beacon Veterinary for being there for my dog on his final day and being there for my family as we said goodbye. All of you made our difficult night so much better and when we were provided with a room they wheeled him in on a gurney with a blanket and they gave us so much time to be with him and say our final goodbyes before Dr. Sharma kindly explained the final process and was so sweet to Bambi. On top of that they provided me with cremation options, a refund I was honestly not expecting and a beautiful sympathy card arrived today signed by the staff and it had me and my family in tears with their kind words and thoughtfulness. We are forever grateful for your all your dedication to helping animals in need 24-7 ❤️”

She called the day before to remind me of my appointment (much appreciated). This was my first visit (my previous veterinary office was sadly sold to a corporation) Dr. Dowens and staff were amazing! All very friendly and knowledgeable. It was definitely a different experience, but very smooth and easy process! “Since the onset of covid it's been a challenge to find affordable neuter services. The animal shelters are no longer offering spay/neuter for animals that are not adopted from their agencies. I called many local vet hospitals. Prices were incredibly high compared to the shelters, some upwards of $600. The receptionist of this particular hospital even went into detail about why the prices were so high, making it sound like they offered premium care versus other veterinarians. I found For Paws and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the phone. Their prices were half of what I was quoted by others. When asked what was included in the price, it was the exact same service as the most expensive vet hospital. I booked an appointment 2 weeks out. The drop off and pick up were seamless. Payment is cash only. And the staff was great. I definitely recommend For Paws. My pup does too.”

“My puppy has been getting her shots and care from VIP Petcare (both with the wellness centers & community clinics), and I wanted to continue with them. I had to drive 40mils to the next wellness center due to my local ones being closed in San Jose. The vet on staff was Dr. Rosete, who was great - very sweet and caring. She did a full exam on my puppy, which she hasn't gotten in her last visits. The service was quick, but I didn't feel rushed. She and the staff listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Even when I called them to make some corrections on my puppy's health records, they were very accommodating. Best service my puppy and I received so far with VIP Petcare.”

“I love Groveway. I found them in 2015 when my friend needed help choosing a vet to take her senior cat to say goodbye. I had never been in the room for a euthanasia before and I was very nervous, but needed to be there to support my friend. The entire staff was so compassionate and empathetic. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They really created a peaceful environment and they handled everything with so much grace that it really felt very beautiful. I have been taking my own pets there ever since. They also helped me have a peaceful goodbye with my first dog, what could otherwise have been a dark experience, was handled with such care. They even created a paw impression for us, which was very special. I have been taking all my animals to Groveway since 2015. My two cats and my other senior dog that has major oral surgery with them as well. I could not give Groveway and their staff higher praise or recommendation. Their new veterinary, Dr. Sip, is wonderful. And crazy enough, she specialized in exotics, which saved my friend's chinchilla who really was on the brink. Everyone at this hospital is incredible, your pets will be in the best hands. ?”
