“I have gone to this urgent care facility a couple times and have always had very high quality care! The front desk personnel have been pleasant and helpful...getting me water when I asked if there was a water fountain in the area.. This last visit I was there because of being sick with a cold, coughing and finally after 5 days started running a fever. I have RA so my immune system can be comprised because of the medicine I am taking. The doctor, Sepideh Tafreshian, was very careful to make sure she ruled out all the possibilities which included pneumonia and the flu. They had also had an emergency in the care center while I was there but everyone was calm and professional and I was not left for any extended amount of time in examination room. I highly recommend this urgent care facility and the addition of having the Pleasanton Diagnostic Center right across the hallway makes this an excellent choice for quality care. EJS Livermore”

“These guys were GREAT! o spoke to a Mark on the phone, that was super cool, then got there and felt with another 'cool guy. I have to admit, I've never been there before, my 2004 745I battery had to be exchanged, ( 1 dead cell) and the 'mechanic's I bought it from didnt order it from his account, so there was no record of it being purchased, (figures?),but these guys worked it out for me, now the new one is in, NO CODES ARE DETECTED IN THE CAR!!??THANKS GUYS!!”

Not only was the quote cheaper than the 8 other places I called, they also came to my car and fixed it on the spot. She helped me set and reach my goals and not only suggested concrete tactics to do so, but also gave helpful examples from her own life to guide me, and checked in with me every day to make sure I was on track. - I was having issues maintaining a regular sleep schedule, and she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was waking up on time, even doing wake-up calls/chats so I had something to look forward to in the mornings. - With the shelter-in-place order, I was also finding it difficult to work out regularly. The home workout videos she suggested were perfect - maybe even more effective than my routine at the gym! She also offered to do workouts together over Zoom, which was really helpful and helped motivate me to work out at a more regular cadence. Irene takes a holistic and scientific approach - she helps you better understand not only how to reach your goals, but what goals you want to set in the first place and why. I highly recommend her and have no doubt that with her help you will find your stride in life!”
