“I’ve been bringing my dog here for 4 years. Between this location and Bishop Ranch, we have always gotten excellent care. Dr. Godfrey is great and very helpful regarding questions and the best treatment for my dog. She took care of my parents dog in the past and now I bring my dog to her as well. The office staff and technicians are friendly and helpful with arranging appointments and medications in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this clinic.”

“I am really surprised by some of these negative reviews. My two grand kids have been going to Dr. Irving, and he and his whole staff have been wonderful and accommodating and easy to deal with. For the record (and my grand kids are not white), I have seen no racism, and I am very sensitive to that issue. Also, I don't understand why one of the reviewers thinks he only cares about money. In my experience, it is just the opposite, and at one point we got quite behind on payment without realizing it, because he didn't raise the topic at all.”

“I talked to Mike on the phone, he was very helpful, answered every question and responded to every concern. We together figured out that I should get a free limited inspection. I also had Terminex, another local company, and Orange Oil come to take a look. Times Up Termite was the only company to come on time. Times Up readily explained each problem and I felt VERY informed when they left. I told them problem areas that Terminix found, only to find out that it was water damage and not termite damage. I looked it up online at the end of the day and confirmed everything Times Up told me. I will trust Times Up Termite every time I suspect termites and recommend them to everyone!”
