“Appt making was easy, they saw me within a few minutes of my scheduled time. I arrived early, there were 5 people waiting before me. Not enough staff working. They are friendly and respectful. I don't agree with their confidentiality policy, I wanted my partner with me the whole time, I was forced to answer questions alone. They were as efficient, friendly and easy going as possible.”

“Jennifer is awesome! We had decided to sell our rental house after tenant of many years moved out. Jennifer researched the local market and gave us options on how to proceed with the sale of our house. We could sell as is or decide if we wanted to upgrade before selling. Jennifer arranged for all required inspections and acquired 3 bids from licensed contractors for our review and decision making. Jennifer was always professional and very responsive. She could be reached by phone, text, or email. What I appreciated most about Jennifer was that I felt I could trust her. She answered every question that I had and took care of everything. The amazing thing was that this was during the covid-19 shelter-in-place. Jennifer followed the protocols to ensure the safety of potential home buyers as well as ourselves. She scheduled tours to ensure it was limited to one party at a time and made sure the house was disinfected between visitors. I would choose Jennifer if I was in the market to purchase another house or if I had another house to sell.”

“5 stars! Wow, where do I start? I got about 7 quotes. Rudi from Schafer Construction came over and gave me a full education on my deck remodel. I now know more than I ever thought I would about decks, wood, joints, and more. A couple of the companies were trying to do way more than what was needed, and got a few options that I didn’t even consider. I do recommend getting a few quotes just to learn what else is out there, but go with Schafer Construction. They specialize in the hills of the bayarea. They are upfront about everything they found. As they tore down my old balcony they found some problems below the house. Thank goodness, because then we could fix it right there, then build the deck on top of it rather than having to figure out how to go around the deck or tear it down 3 years down the road. If you need a new deck in the Berkeley Hills or anywhere in the East Bay Area, give these guys a call!”

“1/30/20 I came here because I’ve been 2 weeks behind on doing my laundry. My hotel unfortunately didn’t have laundry accessible so I resorted to coming here. The wash load cost $2.50 for 20 lbs $4.50 for 40lbs The drier us in 15 min increments and costs 50¢ Overall, the place was clean and I was able to get my laundry done. Not the best area for parking, as I am currently in a box truck and it practically took over half their parking lot. A lot of Hispanics are here and many don’t speak any English so don’t expect much help if you have any questions. Other than that, this place worked out just fine to get what I need to do done.”

I was looking at a car they listed on Cars.com, made an appt, test drove it, didn't make a decision on the spot. Checked out a few more cars elsewhere, which were great too but the salesperson at NiTrading is what made me return and purchase the car from. He was patient and never being pushy, which is the single best quality that each and every car salesperson should have!
