(August 31, 2020, 11:19 am)We were very pleased with Kenneth and his services. We placed an order with a different company for the Onan 4500 but it was on back order. After 2 months of waiting, I searched online and came across Generator 4 U. I called and Kenneth said he had some in stock. We drove out there and picked it up. Brought it home and it wouldn’t stay started. Kenneth told us to bring it back for an exchange. When we got there, he had it running to make sure it would work. We later found out that the spark plug was loose. Kenneth went well above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for all your help!
