Specifically: --Arrived on time despite the fact we live in a remote, hard to find area of Santa Clara County. --His appearance was very neat & clean, pressed (!) uniform & looked very professional. --He was quickly able to diagnose our two problems and properly corrected them. He also clearly explained what the specific problems were and how he corrected them. From my phone communication to email communication.Shipping is a little more costly,because they ship priority, but it was worth it!
