The Father's House - East Bay

A very clean hotel with frie day staff and a decent complement breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only issue was having a few sugar ants found but staff was very apologetic and stated would take care of the issue ASAP. Very close to great amenities and wine tasting in the area.

We arrived early and asked to drop our bags so they weren't sitting in our car all day and the staff was happy to take them off our hands. We went back a couple hours later to grab something out of our bags and they offered us an early check in which was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were on the fourth floor and didn't have any complaints about traffic noise or otherwise. Breakfast the next morning was also well done and appreciated. Having the option to have scrambled eggs and sausage is a nice touch.

The hotel is average in amenities but I really wanted to highlight the desk clerk Christy. She is a warm personality with special greetings whenever you see her. She genuinely has small talk with guest and when she isn’t scheduled for that day you notice. You tend to miss the greetings you don’t get from other attendants. She is an outstanding representation of what is good and right with this location. She is an amazing shining light.
