  My family and I have been coming to Innovative Dental Concepts for years! I guess you could call me a lifer :) I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this office. Dr. Kachalia and Dr. Duncan are great and super personable. They care about their patients and always make me feel comfortable. The rest of the staff are just as lovely! They always try to accommodate me and are very understanding. I would highly recommend this office!

  Wow! If I could give more stars I would!
  
  I haven't been to the dentist in *gasp* 10 years! I was nervous but more excited to start getting my teeth fixed up. That's when I found Dr Kachalia and his team, who are all just wonderful!
  
  The office is just gorgeous! Not like an outdated, old school dentist office. So modern and new!
  
  I've been to the office twice now, the first time for exams and a cleaning and the second time was today. I had a bigger appointment today that lasted around 3 hours and was shocked when the asked, "Hulu or Netflix?"!!!
  I mean what a way to make the appointment go by so much faster and way more relaxing.bi had some headphones and just tuned out. And I thought they were kidding when they said they said they'll turn on the massage chair but they weren't!
  
  But more seriously, Dr. Kachalia is just great! He very professional and kind, he's thorough and made sure I was in the loop about all my dental needs. He sat me down and showed me all my teeth and explained everything in detail to me.
  
  And his staff, they are incredible. Friendly and professional!!!
  
  I might be one of the only people who looks forward to their dental appointment!

  ...Many REGRETS for not knowing/meeting Dr. Duncan and the staff before...Dr. Duncan is the absolute best Dentist! She is cheerful, kind and highly skilled. She listens to your concerns and offers the best solutions for your dental needs. The clinic is very high tech, modern and spotless as I am very particular about cleanliness. I am 100% sure that my last two visits with Dr. Duncan were the BEST ever! And I have more visits to come in the near future...Thank you for making me feel safe and special! I highly recommend Dr. Charity Duncan in San Ramon.
