Highly recommend the team Extollo Adventures to anyone planning on embarking on this adventure.
1. A winning Team : Everything from the pickup at the airport, stay at the hotel, flight to Lukla, booking of the tea-rooms, registration and the trek schedule were perfectly done and followed during the entire stay!
2. Prompt service: All your queries will be answered promptly, weather info or bagpack or insurance companies or the gloves that I should carry!! Nothing to worry.
3. Excellent guidance: The guides and sherpas this org works with also reflect the companies philosophy of putting 'client comfort first'. My guide (Rishiji) and sherpa (Nabin) were not just doing their job.. they often went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the trek. They were kind and often gave me a glimpse of, or shared information about nepali culture.
4. Social and cultural: I liked the fact that they took the time to share some aspects of Nepali culture with us - with and evening of food, music and dance. This was an add-on, but definitely one of the highlights from the trip for me.
Thank you, entire crew of Extollo Adventures for running and organizing this adventurous trip.
I would definitely trek with them again, and would also highly recommend this company to anyone else who is looking to go Himalayas!!
(June 2, 2018, 2:43 pm)Excellent Adventure - Well Planned and Executed!!! Amazing Guides by Extollo Adventures to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar Trek! Extollo Adventures did a fantastic job planning and executing the entire 14 day trip!. Everything was well organized and made the amazing adventure safe, fun, and successful! Attention to details by the tour guides made all of us reach to the Everest Base Camp.
The planning from pickup and drop off from the airport was smooth. The guides were well tuned to all of our strengths and weaknesses and recommended certain things ranging from how much water to drink, how much food to eat, how much sleep, etc. This trip would not have been possible without the Well Planned, Well Executed, Outstanding Guides and Extollo Adventures!
(May 22, 2018, 10:17 am)Adventurous trekking to this part of the world can be daunting to plan for. The Extollo staff was available throughout for planning and logistics questions before we took off. The trekking leader, guides and porters were by far the biggest gift of this experience. They led us safely and successfully throughout the trek, extremely knowledgeable and caring, and most of all they were fun.
(May 22, 2018, 7:33 am)WOW!!! Of the many hikes, climbs, treks and hunts I have experienced in my lifetime; the quality of this group was off the chart. As a solo trekker in a group of over 20, I felted so welcome from day one and the immersion into the local culture took a place in my heart. I loved the opportunities to do more than the standard package if desired with some extra climbs and to explore some of the wildlife. The Sherpas were amazing with help tips, engaging questions about our culture and just plain fun. The beautiful scenery, tall mountains and vast valleys make this an excellent choice for a solo or family trip. Thank you Extollo Adventures, Hema and Dharmesh for being such wonderful planners, hosts and friends!!!
(May 1, 2018, 11:37 pm)From the start to the end of my journey Extollo staff was there to guide me through my trek. They were very thorough in explaining the details of trek and what we should bring. They were very caring for each of the trekking team to ensure we slept and ate the way we should. They were also well prepared for most issues as they came up. I would like to recommend our guide Rishi whom always had a smile on his face. He was very encouraging when you needed it. Extollo team of guides and staff were easy to work with and very humble!
