“It was nice to have access to a gym, pool, hot-tub, prompt maintenance service, and to be in relatively close proximity to the Iron Horse Trail (great for commuting). Another perk was having the small creek in the midst of the complex to walk around. Toward the end of the lease (work rotation coming to an end) my roommate and I forgot to give a 30-day notice and so we had to pay for a little less than a month over our lease. However, the staff gave us a lower amount to pay by accident and ended up allowing us to just pay that lower amount.”
