“We bought a gas insert from Ben at Buck Stove, who recommended Moe Abu of Moe's Custom Fireplace and Design to remodel our fireplace at the same time. We highly recommend Moe as well if you are planning a remodel. Moe and Buck Stove work together often, so the install of the insert and remodel were seamless. We did have a hiccup with the gas insert when the blower was noisier than normal due to a metal chain vibrating inside. Buck Stove returned the next week to fix it and it's been fine since. One critique is the service department was not as customer oriented as the sales department. First, both times I called, the phone rang for many minutes before someone answered. Second, I had to talk to Ben to get someone out to fix the noise; the service department wanted to schedule someone for a month later. But overall it was a very positive experience.”
