Open and honest about his availability, and given his manner and approach to customer service, felt important and welcomed. The test drive was 4 days prior to purchase, which was a day off for Jacob, but Thursday, met him at our appointed time, and we completed the sale. The whole store as a whole, clean, presentable, professional. My only concern is feeling like fresh bait tossed in a waters and watch the sharks on feeding frenzy approaching us, before we were even out of the car.”

“I really appreciate the amazing customer service I get while getting my car serviced at Winter Honda. There has never been a time when I've gone in for any auto service and they have not been highly professional, informative, & gone the extra mile "if you will". Today was no different. Only reason they didn't earn five stars is because, for some reason, they said they couldn't figure out why my phone wasn't connecting to my car's bluetooth system. It's one of the main reasons I purchased the car I did, and from them, and suddenly it's no longer working. They "implied" that it was probably an "update" that the car needed, but they just didn't know when Honda might come out with it. Frustrated am I? Yes! But my car still looks gorgeous and runs beautifully, but my favorite part of the car isn't working and they don't know when it will, again. Ugh!????????”

“Purchased a vehicle at CCPAA. Straight forward vehicle sale - low prices, no negotiating. They let you drive the vehicle without them which is a bit nicer; however, on the flip side they have very little info or details on the vehicles and the features. This is where the cost savings comes in. Website is basic, but gets the job done. No frills car buying. 4/5 stars for super limited business hours (9 or 10am to 5pm!!) To the dealership: you'd likely get a lot more customers with expanded hours til 6pm if not 8pm, especially on weekends. Sales guy - Cameron was good!”
