He and his team did an excellent job prepping my travel trailer for a 3000 mile journey, and walked me all around pointing out what I needed to know to keep it in good condition. He even fashioned a "handle" of sorts to make the surge/parking break easier to engage on my T@B travel trailer. He kept in contact about everything from when I could expect the work to be done, to how long I'd have to wait for parts, what parts might cost, etc. One thing to know: he books up well in advance--often 2 months out, so don't wait til the last minute to schedule service. It's worth the wait since you'll get quality work done that you can trust (which is way better than breaking down and being stranded in the middle of nowhere).”

This reviews is attached to his business/home address in Pleasant Hill, but I had him inspect a car in Berkeley, and I'm planning to have him look at at car in San Rafael. Eran/owner is very responsive to scheduling communications, dependable, very impressive in his presentation, and reasonably priced. He is smart, knowledgable, personable, not all condescending about any buyer's lack of expertise, info, or background with cars. He's patient in explaining things, with a subtle and refreshing sense of humor. He was quickly available for a follow-up call and another follow-up question by email. So great that he comes to where the used car is located. He really gets the used-car purchasing process for buyers, the anxiety and trade-offs being considered. He understands the practical complications as one appraises buying a used car, often not the ideal of what the buyer would most prefer in making a big purchase like this, but circumstances lead to various used car options.
