Besides not being as fast as I would like, I started having pain in my knees and heels. Dr. Lie booked an appointment for me when he knew he'd have plenty of time to do a video gait analysis and go over the results with me. He gave me lots of specific information about how to run more effectively and with less stress on my knees and Achilles tendons--in fact, he had even watched a video of dog agility handlers in order to know more about the type of running and turning that's involved in the sport! He also gave me exercises and resources for increasing the strength and flexibility in specific parts of my legs based on my gait analysis, and offered follow up care as needed.
