In particular the information on using supplements to assist with my thyroid and adrenal issues and also on detoxifying. One of my goals was to reduce the pharmaceutical medication I was on and I am very pleased and happy to say that I was able to get off two entirely and the only one I take is for they thyroid but it was reduced and I expect it will be reduced.
