“Read on why I gave it a 4 star rating. This is a small park, which borders a fence lined Storage Business and directly next to Hwy680 freeway overpass with a train in the area that runs through a few nights a week. Opposite side of the park is a Baptist Church. If you don't mind all the highway traffic noise it's not all that bad. I never see any children, folks are friendly and always looking out for each other. There is a strong pet policy with some folks having dogs and or cats. The on-site laundry facilities meet the needs, but there are other options locally. There are no OLD RV's, very clean place. Management / Owners are spot on good and fair people, they take feed back acting on it quickly and always enforce the rules! On occasion I had an extra vehicle and pack trailer at my spot for a few days, management contacted me saying I couldn't have them as other folks couldn't either, no favoritism here. So I went looking for another place to store them, I checked out the prices at the storage business next to the park WOW to high for my needs. Although its further to drive some storage companies in Fairfield are up to half the price. The space fee is getting high they go up once a year about $25, unsure why I don't see any improvements being done, but you got to pay to stay or move along, just remember the waiting list is long to get in, this place is always full. Utilities cost are reasonable depending of course on your usage. Enjoy and Happy Trails”

“I've stayed here a few times for work conferences and work-related travel. The hotel and rooms are very pleasant, new and clean, with a quaint feel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is very good. Prices for my weekday stays were surprisingly reasonable - excellent value. I haven't tried the spa yet; maybe next time.”

He really wants u to feel comfortable and happy, totally go out of his way to make sure you are. “If you are not adventurous this hotel may not be to your liking. This wild and wonderful 1883 hotel may have seen better times, but you won't find a better place to spend an out of main stream stay. One thing i did not run into was any ghosts ha ha ha. My wife and I had a very wonderful time and we found Hillary a complete delight. Looking forward to our next stay.”

“The guy we checked in with was really nice. Great price for the area and amenities. Coffee maker, blow dryer, mini fridge included. Super clean and quiet. Our room even had cute updated decor. We needed 2 beds which we got but they were 2 full size. Kinda cramped but that was our fault for not asking the size ahead of time. I'd recommend this motel and if we're ever in the area again we'll be staying here again.????”
