“I am not the society's ideal of beauty. I barely know the difference between brown eyeshadow and dirt, so I had no idea what I needed to take care of my curly haired girls. I asked an employee if she knew how to take care of curly hair, and another employee overheard us. Luckily, between the two of them, we were able to figure out what texture, type of curls, and subsequently what products I needed to find. I wanted to stay within a certain price point, and they were more than happy to help with that too. I'm going to try the salon next!”

“Rachel was extremely helpful. After having to go to several other retailers to get our wedding invites printed, we contacted Staples to see if they provided wedding invite services. Rachel answered the phone politely, inquired about what services we needed and told us the services we needed could definitely be done. I informed her we were on our way to the store and she immediately assisted us as soon as we walked over to the printing station. She was a wonderful help and her customer service was excellent!
