“Called asking if there was an opening picture day was the next day so we were in a pinch. Luckily There was an opening, Took my 6 year old and he loved his hair cut.The attention to the detail of the cut was astonishing. He told Cesar P what he wanted and the hair cut was better than we could have imagined. My son walked out feeling like a million bucks. Cesar was friendly and kind, made my son feel comfortable provided a seat cushion for my son to sit on. They also have an area for parents to sit. Highly recommend Cesar P pays much attention to detail.”

“These 5 stars go to Javier De Los Santos, he went beyond his responsibilities, I was moving from Orange County to Concord, it was a long drive and Javier knew I was tired and even it was 7am on a Saturday he opened the office and helped me with the paperwork to be able to move in, other managers would’ve told me to wait until 9am, those two hours helped me to get some rest that I really needed. The apartment is very cozy and I am glad to call my new home…”
