A permit from the city was required for the kind of electrical work we did, however, in early Covid-times permits were really backed up. Eli is a local, who knows how to work with the city and the inspectors. He maintained constant contact with the permitting office to ensure that our project could be completed on time. It was and we have not had any more electrical problems at all. Highly recommend.”
