They are all about getting you to sign up for service and then after they get you as a customer, it’s impossible to get them to come out between treatments like they promise you they will. I have been calling all week and still no return call. Go with someone else!
Edit: President called and made things right. I will give them another chance since we did notice that all of the bugs were coming out and dying so it was effective, we may just need follow up treatments. -

(June 21, 2019, 2:45 pm)I have been using Florida Pest Control in Ocala for over 20 years. The Technicians are very professional and arrive on time. the Technicians are always very accommodating for my husbands schedule when he is working nights. Overall a great company and the prices are fair.

(June 2, 2019, 3:14 pm)I’ve used these guys for a couple months and they got rid of my roaches very quickly. I strongly suggest these guys, the managers there are great as well. Along with the office staff and the techs are so nice when they come out and about doing their jobs
