I thought I knew most of what I wanted in my first home, and over the course of my search, Liz took me out on half a dozen (probably more!) property tours, carefully plotting out our stops so it was a good use of our time. But it was the time spent talking at the properties where she would point out a dip in the floor, or that the garage had no laundry hook ups-details an excited client is missing because our eyes are focused on daydreaming how can this place become "our home"-that showed Liz's true expertise. And once the choice was made, for a great gem of a house in Pittsburg in the Stoneman area, the new world of questions about contracts and inspections and, well, if you've done this before you get it; if you haven't well, if she doesn't know the answer, she tells you "I'll find out" and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. This is one of the biggest decisions you can make, and she doesn't get numb to the fact that this may not be her first home sale, but it is mine. That kind of genuine caring and understanding is not common from what I have heard of the industry in general. Additionally, by putting me in touch with a great mortgage broker who works just as hard to get you the best loan, well, I think it's the perfect "marriage" of home buying! When my house did close and she gave me the keys, I was certain I got the best deal, on the best house with the BEST agent. I recommend her as a buyers' or sellers' agent, and will work with her again in a heartbeat!”

Her speech therapist, Lauren, has been AMAZING to work with. And Shannon Kong (the CEO) even came to meet with me after I expressed some concerns about my daughter. She is the most responsive CEO and is always available via email and phone calls. Lauren is an absolute doll and is so patient with my little one. Never does she raise her voice or gets upset.
