They listen to me, and never mess around or do the typical rude things some cashiers or technicians do while you're waiting for your order (talking on the phone while in store customer waits, helps others who interrupt while they're helping you, etc.) They are helpful and courteous on the phone. “Anne was just wonderful to work with! We hired her for our Tahoe wedding in June and the flowers couldn't have turned out better. We had to shift our date thanks to COVID but Anne was gracious and easygoing throughout the entire process. I didn't have a very well-defined vision of what I was looking for but she gently asked questions and helped me clarify and I absolutely loved the final result. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, she lent us the big boxes for the entrance, and all of it was for a very reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone!”
