“I've been working with Rich Pagano and his office for several years now and I can't say enough good things about him and the level of service he provides. All emails are promptly responded to, all phone calls quickly returned. I try to meet with him every year or two just to review my policies and make sure they are providing the needed coverage for my evolving situation. Rich is super good about not recommending things I don't need (even if I suggest them first) and also good about telling me about things I might want to consider adding in the future. There's never any hard sell - he's just a straight shooter who's interested in making sure I'm a satisfied customer. I can't recommend him enough!”
