“This is a wonderful place to live based on the rent and location as compared to other apartments around the area. You do not pay for water and garbage which saves you some money. It is also just a minute walking distance to the marina, in fact, you can even see activities at the marina from your apartment. It also have good amenities to keep you busy, a basket ball court, a big swimming pool and a gym to work out. In addition, the rooms are very large and spacious as compared to other apartments. Perfect place for your kids to play outside. My kids love it here. Parking is not a problem if you have an extra car because they a large extra lot for residents and their visitors. The staff are also professional in what they do. They follow up to complete any work requested in your apartment in a timely manner, either its an emergency or a non emergency work request. The Manager, Debra, will even go an extra mile to find out from you if your work was completed to your satisfactory or not. If you are looking for place to rent, Marina apartments is highly recommended.”

“I'm going to have to give this Dmv a 4 star rating in comparison to my last rating from years ago, being that I do see a tremendous amount of improvements here with the management and how I'm treated, also with the wait time (It's less time spent waiting now). But, most importantly, I see change with the overall entire experience of customer service from the technicians here. However, it could have been a five star rating had their security guard not tried to kick me out of the building because he said they were closed. After, I recieved my number it was approximately 4:20pm. I decided to leave out to wait in the comfort of my vehicle in the parking lot. They called my number exactly at 5:00pm. Upon returning to try to go back inside, the security guard pushed me and tried to prevent me from entering. He never told me that if I leave out that he won't let me back in. I have never in my life experienced such disservice from someone who operates the door at a Dmv office. He had no logic nor understanding on how to weigh out the matter. It wasn't like I just arrived at the end of closing tme to try to get in to get a number; I ALREADY HAD A NUMBER TO SHOW HIM THAT WAS JUST CALLED! Anyway, the man and woman managers were more reasonable and had both helped straighten things out. So overall, the issue was quickly resolved. But, that new security guard needs more training. How about some people's skills? Smh”

“It's a nice selection of stores that round up nicely especially "Viva Mexico" and Starbucks the grocery store is good too not as ghetto as the Walmart center up ahead...yeesh there are drug dealers, cigarette smokers, thieves and homeless people everywhere. The people around there are weird looking too but other than that the store is good and so is the others around that area.”
