“EVERYONE here is nice and more importantly, they all seem honest... that's right. I've actually used the term "honest" when writing a review about a mechanic. I'll give you a moment to let that sink in. .... My car was making strange noises. I took it to the shop; it ended up being my rotors and brakes that needed to be changed. They were so efficient and detail. The mechanic called me within the hour to give me a quote, which was completely reasonable. Then in a couple hours my car was ready. The shop is very clean, and the customer service is amazing. You are not a number; they treat you as if it was their own car. They have also answered so many of my little questions about my car- why it acts the way it does, whats normal vs. not normal etc. Since I pretty much, just expect to put the key in the ignition and want it to start. Not knowing what else is connected to what. I just don't know what the strange sounds are or what needs to be fixed when. However, they were so patient, professional and most important Really nice guys. They'll be my mechanics from now on- and they should be yours too.”

“My first visit was less than satisfactory. The women who sugared me did not do a very good job, my legs were still covered in a lot of hair when I left. HOWEVER, the owner was very understanding and was able to quickly schedule me to have my legs redone without any extra cost. The second woman I had, Monica, clearly knew what she was doing and was very nice about the whole situation. Very happy with her, as she did more than the First Lady, in regards to sugaring and cleanup. My legs tend to be very sensitive and had no reaction at all to the sugar (which The owner makes themselves).”

“After moving into our new house which we knew needed a new roof we needed someone we could trust to do the job. Edgar and his crew are amazing! Look no further for your roofing project. If you need a new roof Everest roofing is the best. They are experienced and their family has been installing roofs for over 30 years. I can't say enough about what a great job they did. After the big storm this year we had several leaks and Edgar was able to get us a fair quote and get started on the job within a week. He identified several issues with the existing roof and the previous installation where the leaks were occurring. He even tracked down a problem with our chimney which was another place where water was getting into the house and sealed the chimney for us. (see photos) We went with the "painted desert" color and absolutely love how everything turned out. He even trimmed back two huge tree limbs that were dangerously close to our roof at no charge. (see before & after photos) Now we have peace of mind that our home is safe from water damage. We were presented with several options including roofing vents, solar tubes (for more natural light in our home), and new gutters. We never felt pressured with any of the decisions on the options we were presented with. I love the vents in the roof which have really helped with keeping heat out of the attic. We use the attic for storage and it has made a huge difference up there. It also lets in a ton of light which is another benefit when we are up there. (see photos) We're going to have Edgar come back to install gutter guard on one portion of our gutter system where we get a lot of falling leaves from the trees next to our house. Everest roofing is a family owned local business that you can trust with your next roofing project. The pictures really show the quality of the craftsmanship and care that went into the project. I would use Everest roofing again in a heartbeat and I'm excited to have Edgar come back and put in our gutter guard. Fair. Honest. Happy Customer!”

“Dr. Rassai and his staff working at BASS Medical Group in Antioch are professional and very compassionate. They communicate clearly when each step of the procedure is about to occur, so you aren't surprised, making the whole experience very easy to go through (i've had bad veins closed-off in my legs) and the results are great so far. Soon I'll feel no more pain and the constant swelling will be gone for good I believe! You get in and out very quickly too!”

“I know I know...I'm reviewing Quick Stop! In my defense this is no ordinary Quick Stop. Whoever owns this place is great at hiring people! There's a lot of seedy characters that come here. Drug dealers, pimps (I know because one tried to recruit me), homeless and last but not least KILLERS. Yes killers! Several years ago a young lady was in the store and her boyfriend went to shoot her and the store clerk took the bullet for her! Now if that's not customer service...what is?? There's very few women that work there if at all. Usually these employees are big guys! I like that because I feel safe. Don't get me wrong I'm all for equality but safety is number one at your employment. The Exception is DJ dancing Danny (his real name has been changed for his protect)! He's a little guy but he raps to you while you wait in line. He puts a smile on my face every time! On that note, the employees are always friendly and even try to up sale you. I like that having a strong sales background. I usually buy something extra. The store is always clean and well stocked. I always find something bad to eat or drink. I try not to buy unhealthy food at the grocery store but I always get cravings so I end up here! Hence the check-ins! I didn't want to take pictures inside Quick Stop. I was afraid that that customers would think I was a cop or private investigator! Ha!”

“They are extremely nice and helpful. The directions on maps us incorrect however. It always puts you outside a febcef area and tells you that you have arrived. It is true it is on the other side of the fence, but then you must find your way around the fence. Taking Pacheco Blvd then turning left, right after Center, on First St., and then making your way to the back by the fence, next to the Harley shop is a better way.”

“I frequent this really tasty restaurant. They have the best chips, salsa, and bean dip that I've had at any Mexican restaurant in Contra Costa. Same for the margarita...it's amazing! People are always shocked when they have those items, and that's before ordering food from the menu! I usually have the chicken taquitos or the crunchy chicken tacos, which me satisfied every single time. The crew is really nice and friendly. Definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants to visit.”
