  This is my favorite place in Fresno to get poke! Fresh fish and just tons of other ingredients to truly customize your bowl to suit your tastes. The additional ingredients are pretty unique and I haven't seen them offered at other poke places before such as shishito peppers or marinated curry cauliflower. My advice is get one of their pre designed bowls such as the "California" or "Thai" otherwise you could get overwhelmed with all the choices of ingredients and sauce combinations. Oh, and try the house made drink of the day, they usually have some kind of ice tea and a lemonade.

  I really like this place. Quality product and friendly helpful service at a good price. I wish I would have discovered it earlier.

  When u are used to to the authenticity of fresh fish dishes.. this is a great replacement. Will definately be back ?

  I went to Butterfish for the first time ever today. I ordered a large bowl with salmon and shrimp without realizing they were raw. Gistell remade my bowl and she was extremely kind, energetic, and helpful. Her excellent customer service skills is why I'm giving them five stars. I would recommend this place because there is something for everyone to like and the price is fair.

  This place is wonderful! The food is so fresh and flavorful. Also, Butterfish employees are very kind and helpful when it comes to allergies. Isaiah, one of the guys behind the counter, made the experience a 5 star rating for me by making sure my food was allergy food free and still delicious and appetizing.
  Great experience! I came twice in two days I loved it so much!
