“I purchased an N7 from J&T for a 2004 Cayenne TT a couple of years ago. This review is long overdue. From the very beginning, Jeff has been quick and courteous with questions, concerns, etc... At one point (a year+ after my purchase decision) my N7 needed a major update on a Friday night before a Saturday morning vacation. Jeff connected late Friday, multiple times, to get me up and rolling. Seriously outstanding customer service. His attention and friendliness continues to this date. “I'm amazed at the large number of storage units and that very few are available. However, David, the manager is exceptional. He is friendly, and explains everything very clearly. I had difficulty deciding between 2 units available. He suggested that if we wished, he would drive his golf cart and we could follow him to see the 10x20 and the 20x20 units. After seeing them, there was no question that we needed the larger unit. At our request, my sister and I both received keys and the entry code cards to the unit. The grounds are very clean, service is outstanding, and security is strongly enforced. I am pleased to recommend this storage location!”
