    This is not the one you apply for SNAP, Cash-aid, etc. That is located on the corner of California Ave. and Union Avenue. This location is for adoptions and other office space only.

    Everyone was very helpful and made accommodation for me when they didn't have to. I'm very grateful and these folks make me believe there are kind, caring and good people working for Kern County. Wonderful work on their part.
