(January 11, 2022, 10:29 am)OK, it's pricey. If you want to make a commitment to your health this is the place to go. I don't know where to begin... Plenty of up to date cardio equipment, free weights, machines. Super duper clean (I should have lead with that). You really don't appreciate how clean it is until you are in a facility that doesn't put a value on cleanliness. Try it out!

(August 31, 2021, 4:23 pm)Staff is always friendly the place is always clean they have all of the equipment I could ever want. I also feel comfortable as a African American the other gym users are friendly. This place meets a lot of my standards my family has been using life time over 10 years !!!

I’m always greeted by the front desk people who are friendly and helpful.The epuipment is good quality and kept in good working order. If you forget your towel, they always have a clean one ready to go for you. I always feel better after my workouts here:)

(March 7, 2020, 11:35 pm)I was a member there from 2011 - 2020 and they literally have everything you would need to get in shape. They have something for everyone the only gripe I would have is their day care is a germ haven obviously kids.
So it would be nice if they did a deep clean once a week. -

I notice a lot of family’s working out together, and a normal selection of people working out like myself which isn’t to intimidating. I would highly recommend this gym to my friends, and family.

(February 22, 2020, 12:54 am)It has everything needed for a self-motivated person to keep physically fit. It's kept fairly clean. I didn't give it five stars because it could have more class options throughout the day and it's not uncommon to want to use a piece of equipment but find it occupied. The staff are very friendly and the kid care is a very nice feature. I'm glad I have a membership.

(December 13, 2018, 11:55 am)Superb gym with all latest equipment, staff are super friendly. Nice changing rooms, lockers and over all very well maintained. Kids play area is also available for a monthly minimum amount. Trainer and very friendly too and help you to explain well. Lots of parking space.
