Let me start this review with ELIE JAMAL is amazing!! From the moment I walked in to the time I left I felt nothing short from family! My experience was nothing short of phenomenal. I originally just went in to “look” but with the combination of finding what I wanted, getting extraordinary customer service & staying in my budget I knew I was leaving with a new car. My whole experience I felt like Elie Was looking out for me and genuinely on my side not your typical sales person. I will definitely refer not only BMW of Bakersfield to family and friends but Elie to my family and friends. To top it off I was not feeling well and everyone there was checking on me comforting me and giving me the best experience possible. They definitely are a great team and are great at what they do. So thank you again to Elie and his team at BMW for making my experience one of the top five I’ve ever had!!!

After visiting 3 different dealerships and calling around I was beginning to feel like I was not going to purchase a car I wanted anytime soon. I went to BMW just to see if I would see anything I would like and after a warm and helpful greeting by Moe (Mohammad Alqudah) I felt relief. He always made myself and my son comfortable. Moe took the time to listen and understood what I was needing. With his knowledge and help we made it happen.. thank you again Moe! Will definitely be back in the future.
