(July 16, 2021, 10:30 am)My wife and I had been to 6 other BOFA's . We were trying to take care of a dead family member . When we finally found this place . THEY WE'RE ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING !!! Especially Grace Lin and Shelbi Winnubst . All we needed was 1 person just to give a little bit of effort . And these 2 went way above and beyond . They will never know how truly grateful we are for them . I finally have closure on my fathers death after nearly 3 years because they were just so dang helpful on everything !! THANK YOU SO SO SO SO SO SO SO MUCH !!!

I visited 2 different locations before this one and service were both terrible. The previous stores I visit made me leave without having a solution for me. Grace greeted me and helped me right away at this location! She is so efficient and genuine! I love her service and thank you!
(January 31, 2020, 10:16 am)Every single time I call or walk into this branch the employee(s) with whom I speak are kind, polite, helpful, and will to go the extra mile to help me. Their customer service is top notch and they go out of their way to help the consumer. It is hard for me to understand any 1 star reviews for this location... all I would say is give them another try. I prefer this branch over any of the others!
