    Always immaculately clean; friendly and helpful staff; swift and efficient operations; rarely crowded; only one (1) auto-teller, but it's up and running 99% of the time; if the (2-5) tellers are busy, the LOAN OFFICERS will invite me to sit down and they will provide service. (Popcorn Fridays still going, usually--that's a trifle, but to me, that's an "outward expression of an inward attitude".)

    Last year, my account was hacked and, what was for me, a LOT of money was taken-I rushed, white faced, to the Stockdale office:
    1. An officer saw I was "distraught" [read, panicked] and began an investigation.
    2. Using branch computer resources, he found where the money had gone and demanded that the recipient institution place a HOLD on the funds. He contacted regional loss investigations to proceed from there.
    3. He closed my hacked account, started a new one, transferred funds. gave me new temporary checks, and ordered other checks.
    4. All this was done in less than 45 minutes. I left, feeling comfortable that (a) it would not happen again for that account and (b) that I would likely get all my funds back--which I did in a few days.
    5. Follow up was swift and effective at both a regional and local level.

    Since that experience, I lost my debit card, twice, but was issued replacements in just a few days and they made sure I was not at risk.

    Because of this combination of cordiality and competency, I'll never bank anywhere else. I've had five (5) good years there.
