They've been able to tell me important information from spark plug brands for domestic and foreign vehicles to what specific ways I can fix or replace my A/C compressor or pully wheel. Red shirts are alright and will help with a smile for the basic stuff, but if you have a problem that needs solving and not even Google can help you, find someone in a grey shirt and you're golden.”

“Let me save you some trouble: If you are anywhere in the area and have truck trouble, these guys are the ones to see. We were stranded and they just happened to be the closest diesel repair shop. We had insurance tow us there and even the guy driving the tow truck had nothing but great things to say about them. They are knowledgeable, competent, and unbelievably quick. Most importantly, they take care of their customers. We were stranded on the opposite side of the country, where we knew no one, and were stressed and scared. The team at Murphy’s was a godsend. They took care of us with a level of customer service we had never experienced.. and it seems to be that way with the whole team! We could not be more thankful we happened upon their shop. Our only regret is that we live so far away and won’t be able to keep them as our go-to guys.”
