“Today was my first time at this clinic site. The office was able to get my daughter seen the same day. The receptionist was kind and prompt. The MA that came in treated us well and took good care of my daughter. We were seen by Tammy NP. Some of the issues my daughter was going though were personal so she had me sit in for some of the appt and I then my daughter alone (she’s 20) I loved how she didn’t rush and just prescribe my daughter medication or try and get a room cleared for the next pt. I knew something was seriously affecting my daughter and the amount of care, compassion and empathy she showed my daughter was appreciated. My daughter felt comfortable and had a sense of ease when we left. The MA that drew labs was great too. She was kind and considerate. The receptionist that gave us our next appt made closing out our session smooth. This entire experience for my daughter as well as myself was genuinely one of the most caring visits to a health care facility we’ve ever experienced.”
