The PHD team, Jake and Steve, arrived to our old 1849 house, on-time, and they were highly efficient in fixing my 2 faucets. They left no mess behind--they were very clean and considerate from the outset, with shoe coverings, etc. Most importantly though, they were smart--I don't like to hover, so they fixed the problems, and then afterwards, explained to me (a non-plumber) very clearly what they had fixed, so I understood thoroughly. That is the mark of a genius: you explain complicated subjects clearly to clueless people and they get it. I really appreciate learning about how house things work, especially as a new home owner. “I’m a DIY guy so when another plumber told me they get $350 - $400 to install a new shower valve, I tried it myself. After six hours of cutting, cleaning and soldering I had a pin hole leak which caused me to doubt all my work. A friend recommended Action Plumbing. I called at 8am and spoke to David and found he had a good personality and listened to my “story”. He of course had other jobs to do first but said he would get back to me by noon. At 11am he called to say he was on the way. He re-soldered all the connections and it was amazing how fast and courteous he and his assistant were. All said and done in about an hour and very very reasonable on price. Highly recommended.”
