“Being a renter, this is a decent place to live considering the surrounding area. Apartments are Energy efficient ,clean ,pest free and for that I give it 5 stars. In order to rent here, you will have to sign a lease agreement stating that you agree not to park your vehicle in the driveway and to not allow visitors to park their vehicle in the driveway allowing your vehicles to be towed away. You will be waving your protective rights under California law that would protect you from predatory towing practices. There is an exclusive company ironically named Nobles towing patrolling the area. You are allowed to load and unload in the driveway, but the moment you leave the vehicle unattended you are putting your hard earned income at risk. There is a repossessors type tow truck That will hookup to your vehicle in a matter of seconds And take your vehicle. You may be expecting to pay $370.00 or more to get your vehicle back. Please do your part to make sure that Nobles towing gets NO revenue from our community. Don’t let yourselves or your visitors be the next victim’s of Nobles towing.”
