“I enjoyed my time swimming in the lobster tank here. The female lobsters were pretty cute, and they surprisingly thought I was too, as some mini-lobsters resulted. Then, I was trying to grab a cig, and I accidentally pulled my mating tool off instead. So, I lit it and smoked it. I mean, might as well. See why the females enjoyed the taste so much. It wasn't gay bc I liked it. I liked it very much. For awhile, I had to warn the female lobsters that my mating tool didn't exactly exist, bc I smoked it. It was hard for them to understand that I'm still attracted to them, it's just that I couldn't exactly show that. But now, after I pulled off the supreme leader of my new tank's mating tool off, and got it welded on myself so I wouldn't accidentally pull it off and smoke it too. Now the ladies come to me first. ?”

“Always immaculately clean; friendly and helpful staff; swift and efficient operations; rarely crowded; only one (1) auto-teller, but it's up and running 99% of the time; if the (2-5) tellers are busy, the LOAN OFFICERS will invite me to sit down and they will provide service. (Popcorn Fridays still going, usually--that's a trifle, but to me, that's an "outward expression of an inward attitude".) Last year, my account was hacked and, what was for me, a LOT of money was taken-I rushed, white faced, to the Stockdale office: 1. An officer saw I was "distraught" [read, panicked] and began an investigation. 2. Using branch computer resources, he found where the money had gone and demanded that the recipient institution place a HOLD on the funds. He contacted regional loss investigations to proceed from there. 3. He closed my hacked account, started a new one, transferred funds. gave me new temporary checks, and ordered other checks. 4. All this was done in less than 45 minutes. I left, feeling comfortable that (a) it would not happen again for that account and (b) that I would likely get all my funds back--which I did in a few days. 5. Follow up was swift and effective at both a regional and local level. Since that experience, I lost my debit card, twice, but was issued replacements in just a few days and they made sure I was not at risk. Because of this combination of cordiality and competency, I'll never bank anywhere else. I've had five (5) good years there.”

“had a problem with my 2009 Audi A4 and I took it to two different certified Audi VW shops and they both could not figure out the problem . One of the shops tried to fool me to pay $520 by replacing the fuel sensor, but I did not pay anything. I took it to Audi Bakersfield and unfortunately they kept the car for two days and could not find the problem either. I found BSR online and told myself, let me give it a try. Taht's when I met Alex and Augustine. Alex was responsible to fix my car and he told me from the beginning that he will find the problem, which must be an electrical issue. Finally Alex gave me a call that the cluster needs to be replaced and reprogrammed. He replaced the cluster and made sure everything was alright and he called twice after i took the car to make sure if everything is alright. After this experience, this is the only shop I trust in Bakersfield. Overwhelming, helpful and experts.”
