“Receptionist was very helpful and professional, and called to make aware my insurance faxed over eligibility and we scheduled my appointment. The doctor was very informative. He provided guides of my dental plan. He was comforting during my procedure. He made sure was okay and to let him know if I was experiencing any discomfort. I had no pain throughout the entire procedure. Didn’t have to go to another room for X-rays the machine was in the same room as the procedure. Great facility!”

Maybe some of the staff are new to Starbucks and they're still a bit 'green, I don't know. Hopefully, they'll get more faster as everything becomes more routine.
