We got 3 kids going here and Dr. Nguyen is nice and answer any questions we asked. Wait could take half an hour to two hours depend on how busy and if she had to visit a new born or not.
I Waited 17yrs to have another child so finding the perfect pediatrician for my baby girl was a must, after delivery I found out my babybgirl had jaundice I was afraid unaware an that's when I met Dr Nguyen she cared for my daughter at hospital she was sweet, informative , such a calming spirit to worried mom ...I now take my daughter to see her regularly best decision every.
My older kids saw Dr. Tanya Nguyen a decade ago and I was happy with how she took her time to answer my questions then. She is very understanding and easy to talk to. Today I went to her office and there was a little wait but the girl in the front was nice and even knew my child name even before I filled out papers. The MA who gave my son his shots was nice and my son did not even cry which to me is a surprise. I read some reviews about how the front desk person was rude and but I am glad my experience was positive again. I would hate to change pediatrician. So for new patients if you are looking for a caring physician she is great. Try your first visit if you do not like it you can always change doctors. For me I came back because she still as caring as before.
We Love Dr. Nguyen. She is soft spoken but Very informed. She is always there when I have needed her after hours when my son had a fever or was sick when I have called. Now with our second son here we made sure she was available for new patients so we can have her for both our boys. So when we heard she was we jumped for joy. She is sweet and smart and makes us feel comfortable. Especially, with ours boys she is gentle and not scary. Thank You for everything.
