Management is professional and kind, the property is well kept, dog friendly, & there is a nice little trail that runs through the facility. The units are modern and look great. There is a nice gym for residents as well. Location is perfect - all major grocery stores and outlets are nearby, & if you do a lot of commuting for work like myself then you will be pleased with the short commute to I5. I cannot say enough good things about Monterra. If you are looking for an apartment with nice amenities and an excellent location, look no further. & you can expect all of your questions to be answered by the two 2 gals in the office. They have been great to deal with an know what they are doing 😀 UPDATE: I ended up moving due to work circumstances but I still would not hesitate to tell you go ahead and move here! These apartments are excellent and the management team is outstanding!”
