Jessica is the ONLY reason I am giving this particular location 5 stars — my experience with the management Jacqueline has been below average, unfortunately I would NEVER recommend this location because of the lack of service on Jacqueline and her team. If you need storage go elsewhere unless this location starts being serviced by people who truly enjoy being of service! “Dr. Ngo Phan is primary provider for my family. My family feel blessed under his care. It is so easy to make appointment, and their team really spends time to listen and answer pt’s concerns. Plus, the doctor and NPs really did their assessment before diagnosing any medical conditions. My dad is heavy smoker, I tried to convince him to quit smoking but not successful. Jena, NP spent her time almost an hour to explain the risk of smoking, and offering Nicotine patch to cut down the craving gradually. Now, my dad only smokes one or 2 cigarettes per day.”
