“My Son is away at College in Rhode Island and is a Type 1 Diabetic. With the assistance of Arcadia staff, we switched the perscriptions to Rhode Island Rie Aid. He experienced a problem with the prescription recently and did not get assistance from the Rhode Island Rite Aid. I went into the Arcadia location who got on the phone with the insurance company and resolved the issue. “Very thankful to have found Spine surgeon Dr. Joe Y.B. Lee. After a very bad experience and surgery that did not go well with another surgeon, I'm truly fearful. I've had two appointments thus far with Dr. Lee.. What a difference! He is what patients wish all doctors were. He is not rushed. He is very kind and respectful. He takes his time to answer all questions in detail, using imaging, and even a Spine figure. He is careful about treatments he recommends.. making sure patient has knowledge and understanding. He is also not one to suggest anything unnecessary. I have seen several Spine surgeons.. None compare to Dr. Lee -- not even close. Also very important to note -- while other surgeons refer you out for Spine injections to pain doctors.. Spine Surgeon Dr. Lee does the procedures on his patients himself. Seems obvious that Dr. Lee cares about each of his patients and wants to get them better, and to their maximum potential under whatever circumstances. It's also obvious that he likes bed being a Spine surgeon. You're in good hands with this one.”
